- Concurrency licensing is not based on unique users but on the maximum number of simultaneous connections to the server. This approach provides greater flexibility regarding the total number of FileMaker users and is the only option for allowing anonymous users. However, concurrency licenses cost roughly three times as much as user licenses and are available on both an annual or perpetual basis.
